Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely place them back in the original shipping packaging.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location across Singapore.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
